Walmart has been the worst experience I've ever had shopping. I placed an order in what acted like it was a very simple process. They delayed my order two hours until after I didn't need it. They told me I can't cancel it at this time. I am now here awaited 15 minutes for a parking spot, checked in when I finally found a parking spot and now I've been waiting another 20 minutes for my order. It is ridiculous! I would suggest everybody avoid Walmart in their pick up system at all costs.

We went to the auto center to get tires. My husband has a larger truck so he asked about their ability to install tires. They said that it would be no problem and they would just do two tires at a time if it didn't fit on the lift. After being assured that they could install them, he purchased the tires and made an installation appointment for two days later. We got to the appointment and were told that they could not install the tires because the truck would not fit on the lift. When my husband told them that he was told the opposite two days earlier, he just got "sorry, that wasn't my person." It is now going to cost $200 to have them installed elsewhere. He never would have bought them if they couldn't install, which is why he had that conversation before purchasing. Between groceries and essentials, we spend around $500 every week at walmart. We will be getting those things somewhere else from now on.

What an incompetent group in the tire center. Spoke to Alex the manager on Wednesday to make sure there was no problem changing tires on a Tesla. He said if I had the jack pucks they were good to go. Showed up at 7:10am Friday to get tires changed. Sat and watched as they lost a customers keys to their car, that ended up being in the plastic jacket hanging on the wall behind counter. They came to me at 9:10am to let me know nobody was comfortable jacking up a Tesla. I asked why they waited two hours to tell me. I explained I had talked to the manager and that I had the jack pucks. Said the only other thing was to hit the service button on the dash and push the Jack Mode button. The girl assistant manager who had been hiding in the office since 7am said that Alex the manager was not there and that if he had said no problem, then he needs to come in and take care of it. They put me on the phone with Alex who said he needs to train his people better and that there was nothing they could do. Wasted 3.5hrs of my morning with the drive and waiting. I guess the bar is pretty low at Walmart for running a department.

Walmart This is one of the Walmart Supercenters which means they have pretty much everything from garden stuff to groceries all under one roof. Generally speaking, this location can be good, but you really have to go out of your way to get to the good. In a nutshell: you either have to go early, or late, in order to find what you are looking for, particularly on the grocery side. This place gets wiped out regularly and yes, they will restock, but if you go during prime business hours, you will most likely not get all of what you went there for. The supermarket side has a lot of room for improvement. Deli department is just meh. There is one guy that works there that is decent - the rest of the ladies working in that department will look at you standing there, and just walk away. Deli meats appear to be limited in selection as well. There is a pre-cut deli section but again, depending on when you get there determines if they actually have anything that you wanted. There are usually like 40 pouches of cajun turkey - great for people that want that but it appears that no one ever does, so not sure why they keep cutting it and putting it out. The double bonus is that the deli department does not open early - so in most cases, you are better off at Publix. Grocery / meat / dairy sections are in better shape typically, but also gets wiped out of stock. Frozen always seems to be empty - not sure if we are still blaming everything on the pandemic, but there are a lot of empty shelves in the frozen section that just never seem to get anything, or you have 500 of the same exact item. The infuriating thing is that there are literally tons of workers there - but they all seem to be working on order picking for the Shop-from-home crowd. I tried that service and the wait to pick up is longer than just running in and getting it yourself. Use at your own risk. The main Walmart side also suffers from the lack of goods availability, but I just order from Amazon as I walk through the store. There is a huge self-checkout area available, and even though self checkout gets a lot of flack from people saying that they do not work for Walmart, I prefer it because I can pack my items exactly the way I like them packed, and not have 50 bags for 50 items. Huge parking lot available.

This store is a prime example of why I don't shop at Walmart, ever. The class of customers and employees is ridiculous. Went in today looking for a certain line of products and the people that I asked pretended like they didn't hear me at first, then mumbled like they didn't care, so I just walked away. I got replacement items because I couldn't find what I was looking for and I'm not happy. I needed several other things I figured I could get all at one place, but I just had to get out of there. I would rather order my products online, pay extra, and wait two weeks for what I need, than step foot in another Walmart, especially this one

I go here because it’s on the bus line. 4.5/5 stars if you don’t drive. Unless you’re already at Walmart I don’t know why you would go here if you can drive. Several other places are better.

The staff here is horrible! I placed an online order for pick up and they advise me that the item is out of stock! I walked into the store to grab my other items and see the item I ordered on the shelf. I asked an associate and they sent me to customer service which happened to be closed. I then asked an associate for help and they told me they're at lunch. Unacceptable! I am a Walmart plus and Sam's club plus member ! I will be cancelling both memberships! Ridiculous!

I gave 2 stars because they pretty much have a decent selection. Based on customer service I would give zero stars if possible, I have some friends in from out of town so I went to buy a couple of items, and after I paid the woman Jennifer just looked at me. I asked her could I have a bag “or should I carry everything out of my hands” She put a bag on the counter and looked at me and turned away. God for bid she was actually do something besides sit there.

I guess I kept coming here for 'affordable prices' for years but I am done. What do you get to save $2-3 dollars on a $50 bill? You get stuck in the store for a lot longer because there store is so big, the parking lot is a mess, shelves are usually empty and missing stuff you need, and the lines are long and cashiers pretty slow. Is that worth it? Not really for us anymore. Add to that if you have to use the bathroom and it is acutally not out of order, they are disgusting. When you are in the checkouts, people leave items they don't want just laying on the candy area, batteries, hot food they no longer want that now is starting to smell, and the employees don't clean it up. Its just not worth it anymore.

Bathrooms are dirty. Cash registers are messy and there is old food where the candy should be. Aisle have stuff in the wrong spot. Items stocked in the wrong spot and when they scan at the higher price employees don't care.

Not the best Walmart we have been to, that is for sure. Employees are hard to find if you have a question. Bathrooms were disgusting. And maybe things are different in other parts of the country, but I can swear that a few things here were priced higher than a walmart we just visited when with family in New Jersey.
