Racism at it's worst. I experienced one of the most blatant and disturbing instances of racial profiling and discrimination at this Walmart. While at the register preparing to check out after purchasing Honest juice for my baby and a 12-pack of iced tea, a Walmart employee suddenly reached into my cart and picked up the iced tea without any explanation.
I immediately asked what he was doing, but he ignored me. When I pressed him for an answer, he finally responded that he was checking to see if I had paid for it—despite the fact that I had not even completed my purchase. This was a clear and deliberate act of profiling. Not only did he invade my personal space and disrupt my shopping experience, but he also falsely accused me of theft.
What makes this even more egregious is that he had a handheld device that displays scanned items. Before even approaching me, he already knew that I had scanned and intended to purchase the iced tea. Yet, he deliberately chose to target and humiliate me, acting as if he had the right to do so without consequence.
To make matters worse, when I reported the incident, the store’s management defended his actions instead of holding him accountable. This Walmart has a known history of racial profiling, and it’s time they face real consequences. Legal action may be the only way to ensure accountability and stop this discriminatory behavior. No one should have to experience this level of disrespect and mistreatment.

I just left there, and the manager Jorge went above and beyond to make my experience nothing less than superb! If walmart had more employees like him, every location would be worth going to, and there would be ZERO competition with Amazon!

My father and i went to the store to get fresh produce. We both are covered in tattoos (yes that matters) their employee a young white male with brown hair was following behind us while shopping. At one point he was following us so close he was touching my dad. My father had to tell him to stop following us and that we weren't stealing anything and stop touching him. We were nice about it, but some people are not kind if it happens to them. They should educate the employee.

I was there with my Service dog and was asked to leave because of it, my dog was not doing anything other than be with me quit and calm and even others were in love and wanted to Pet Him. Again I was asked to leave and or show his paperwork. According to the Americans with Disability Act ADA In The State of Florida you don’t have to train or certify your dog for it to be a SERVICE DOG 🐕🦺 and or your not allowed to ask for his paperwork or his specialty in Training and or ask him to perform his duty PLEASE WAL-MART I ask you to review this specific issue with your employees and please read the ADA Act and or guidelines as to this situation!
