Usually have a great experience with this store, clean for a Walmart, stocked well, great selection. However, tonight the cashier Bridgette was absolutely terrible. She filled the bags to the rim, making them very heavy to carry. One of the bags started to rip on the bottom so I grabbed another bag to double bag it. At this point, she became very rude & told me I cannot double bag because she will run out of bags. I went to the other register & grabbed a stack of bags for her. She was still rude the entire transaction.

Sadly since Walmart started locking up simple items, it has been impossible to shop at Walmart. The wait for an employee to come with a key and then to only come with the wrong key and to never return again is ridiculous! You/Walmart might as well lock up every item. What’s the point when this is why you have store insurance. I refuse to wait on anyone, let alone a slow, incompetent employee who moves slower than a snail, to only come with the incorrect key. I will no longer be purchasing any of your locked up items only because I refuse to wait on anyone. It’s bad enough you never have enough registers open, including the self checkout ones. Now, to make shopping at your store even worse, you need to wait on an employee to come unlock simple items such as whitening strips. Ridiculous!
You might as well lock up the entire store! I rather pay more at Walgreens or Publix where I can shop normally, than wait on a key from a slow non caring Walmart employee. My time is valuable, and Time is Money. Money which Walmart is losing just from hiring employees who don’t care to do their jobs correctly. A lost sale is lost money. It’s a loss all around for Walmart.

It took an 45 minutes from when we parked to get our curbside order. We received the text message our order was ready, it shouldn’t take this long to bring out our items.

Waited 2 hours for curbside pickup. I checked in on the app (btw the numbered spots only go up to 12 online, but there’s more on site which didn’t help the check-in process). I called twice and got transferred twice. Hung up on once before trying customer service on the app. They were helpful there, but always unorganized at the store. I understand that the system went down, but there were customers that were arriving an hour plus after I checked in that were receiving their orders before mine. A mop. They said it was ready and I even updated the app when I was on my way. Nothing. They even suggested that I change spots, which I did and updated the spot. Nothing. Waited another 30 minutes. People were getting out of their cars and wondering about their orders too, and it was honestly just a lot of time wasted at Walmart. We don’t have all day while you guys are figuring out a flawed system. I ended up having to cancel my order. Again, it was 1 item. Unfortunate.

Why don’t that have a zero as in Zero employees to work at the “”Customer Service Area”” that’s right the person that eventually came said 5 out of 5 employees didn’t go to work. This store has been declining for the past five years and is an embarrassment to the Walmart Brand. The shelves racks and store in general is understocked and a mess. Either hire people that show up or close the store.

It's Walmart. I hate Walmart. But it's what's best for my budget. Shopping here, like most Walmarts is a nightmare. Bring headphones with calming music, an emotional support human, a list of all you need by order of how you will find them in the store to get in and out as fast as possible. Good luck!

The car service shop is horrible! They put too much engine’s oil to my car causing damage to the engine. And when I asked to change the tire, the lazy guy was not interested to help me to order new tiles. I will never trust on walmart to do anything to my car. They hiring anyone without experience.

Stil today 12/27/24 and I have NOT RECEIVED MY replacement items. It is terrible how Walmart is doing customers wrong and keeping their money without replacing the items. Ordered online when my items arrived the swiffer wet wipes leaked and damaged all my items that were food and supplements. Everything was thrown in a big plastic bag. I called the store finally got through after 16 minutes of calling as they kept hanging up. At 5:08 pm, I was told they would repackage everything and send out to me today. Here it is Dec 15 at 9:55 pm nothing has arrived and the phones keep ringing no answer and they hang up after ringing for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Really disappointed in the way I am being treated. Time to call corporate. Called 2 days in a row to get my items replaced. 3 different associates they would get me all items delivered on that day, 2 days and I never received my items. Customer service is terrible as they keep hanging up after 5 minutes of phone ringing. 12/16 at 11:00 pm after several calls 2 days and their promised to have items sent as soon as possible I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS. DISAPPOINTED IN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO they keep my money and never replaced my items.

Walmart. Very unprofessional workers but some know what their doing, it's really a gamble. Nice selection of things from electronics to toys to food to clothes. Custom cakes are convenient. Large variety of brands for whatever you may be shopping for. Affordable prices. If you are in need of... well anything really Walmart is a good place to start.

This place absolutely sucks! Ordered something online, get to the store to pick it up, wait an hour, then find out they don't even have it in stock.
