My daughter made an appointment for today to get an oil change and was denied the service because they were backed up. Now, this place never accommodates walk in. They always state to make an appointment and yet she couldn’t get service?!

I think this is more about Walmart policy than anything else. No tap to pay service there so it makes a little bit more challenging the staff there were nice but there's this feeling that they're watching you closely and they're worried more about you stealing than you being a satisfied customer.

This is your average Walmart. Come ready to walk and basket hunt because they are always packed. They keep a good supply of products. Very rare that I go look for something specific and they don't have it.
