Worst WAWA ever. Guy takes 10 minutes to do a cofee. Once you want refund they cannot even process the same card. Managment doesnt care would rather sit and play games on their phones.

As a WaWa shopper at all locations in SoFla this particular one is steadily DECLINING. The staff doesn't keep up with cleanliness around the soda/iced coffee dispensers. The iced coffee is constantly EMPTY! Does MGMT (Hillary?) not check to ensure it's in order, stocked and clean? I will no longer be stopping at this location. Ken, regional Mgr needs to retrain and keep a closer eye on this place because it's not up to WaWa standards.... Hopefully, you all will look at this constructively and make the necessary changes.

I placed a mobile order for a smoothie…. I get there it’s not there. I asked the lady at the counter and she was like it’s there. I was like no it’s not the lady that just left took it. She rolled her eyes and I assumed she was going to make another one. I went to get a pretzel and pay for gas. Did that came back and then there was another rude lady and said oh you expecting us to make one we refunded you. I was like so am I placing another order she walked away mouthing off. So unprofessional and rude both of the women. No compassion or felt apologetic because of the mistake. It was handled poorly. Like if I was bothering them so let’s just refund her and get her out of here. So rude I couldn’t believe it I left so frustrated at the way I was treated.

Ordered food for delivery from wawa two hoagies, fries, a smoothie, two bottles drinks, and a no bun burger. The food came fast and was packaged clean and organized. Everyone liked their order; food tasted good and was appropriately warm or cold!

Employees at 9:40-9:50PM that make the food we’re all making fun of people with Parkinson’s disease by shaking their hands and saying they have Parkinson’s disease as if they’re describing them as dumb, check the cameras to verify the claim, pretty pathetic and out in the open for everyone to hear that’s waiting for their food or drinks.
