Wells Fargo is a good bank. However, I used to be in banking, and I don't like the way that they have the lobby part set-up for you to see a banker. Half the time there isn't anyone even there!! Ist just not set-up as customers come first, in my opinion. The main way of communicating is the teller line. It used to be the customer service reps that would take you to the teller after you opened your account. I just think it's a waste of time to have to go through the teller line and wait, when I need a mortgage or something like that!!! The tellers are very friendly and professional, but I just wish that they would do something else with the other part of the bank. I've been with them for over 20 years now, and I guess that I'm saying that I haven't liked the changes since 2020. It's not about the customer anymore at all, when it used to be the customer was always right. They should at least have someone who could answer questions and direct people where they need to go.

Worst experience in my life at any bank. I have been with wellsfargo for almost 20+ years. Went in on a Sat, only day I could go because of work schedule. I needed a wire transfer to close on a home was told by one of the bankers that I needed an appt to get that done. I told her due to my schedule, it needed to be seen that day. That transfer takes maybe 10 min if done right. Bankrolled her eyes at me and told me to talked to the tellers. Fine, not going to mess up my day. The bank just opened. The teller was very kind and told me, she could put me on the waiting list. No spot needed. Ok, great. I sat down. I was there from 9:15 till 12:00. The two bankers saw three people between themselves, I was counting hoping they would see me in between but no. I waited almost three hours just for one of them to come out and said “oh, you’re still here”. I didn’t have no words for her. Never going back there again. The manager told her to do my transfer but I could see she didn’t want to do it but the manager told her to please do it since they took
So long and forgot that they were other people waiting. Mind you, I do most of my stuff online. If I knew I need an “appt” I would have done it. Only given one star because of the teller, that was so
Kind and kept telling not to get mad.

I walked in on a Saturday at 11:10 AM, and since they close at 12:00 PM, I thought I could get some help. I was told I needed to make an appointment. One of the agents mentioned she was waiting for someone for their appointment. I left at 11:30, and the agent still wasn’t helping anyone and was just at the front. I was hoping to explore a potential loan. Really disappointing customer service.

Extremely rude! The have Wells Fargo business account , personal account and investment account for 8 years. Incredible how the people in this branch is rude with the customers. Before you explain something they already give you bad attitude. I will definitely open account in another bank . This is not the first this happens with me in this branch . If you want to see it personally , go inside and look it. That’s sad, they need to be more patient and respectful.

Went into this bank to care for multiple needs, made an appointment like suggested (definately do this step and all will be good), we were assisted by Ashley who was the friendliest and most helpful individual who was professional and expedited everything we needed. The exchange was lively, and made our experience quick!
Come with proper expectations of a precise business and they will exceed expectations, will be back and will ask for Ashley whenever possible!

If I could give negative stars I would! Let me start by saying I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years and have never had an issue with their employees. This was my first time to a branch location in Port St. Lucie and would rather drive to palm beach than deal with this location again. This morning I woke up to all my accts frozen and needed the issue solved immediately for business purposes. I called that number and was stuck on hold so would rather handle the situation in person. I asked Ashley (the first person I saw walking around) who could help me with the issue, she told me to call the number that was sent to my email …. I explained to her that I was stuck on hold (for nearly a half an hour) I would rather handle this in person and needed this handled immediately as I could not access my acct whatsoever and needed to. She told me I would need an appointment as if she didn’t hear anything I was saying and kept repeating herself with a nasty attitude and walked away from me while I was still talking to her. Now I have read all the other reviews on this place and wouldn’t have come to this location in the first place. They need some serious changes on employees in there. Very disturbing to see that they continuously have negative reviews and nothing has changed. A bank should not be a place for nasty employees, we’re supposed to trust them with our money and be well taken care of!

This particular branch of Wells Fargo Bank located in Tradition @ 10330 SW Village Center is the most customer unfriendly in St Lucie County.Let me preface this by stating that I have been a customer of WF Bank for over thirty years before it was even named Wells Fargo. I have dealt with many various locations in both Palm Beach County and St Lucie County. This particular branch treats its loyal & local customers (at least in my experience) horribly. For example, I tried to cash a personal check from my elderly mother who was visiting some years ago and felt that I was being treated like a criminal. My mother and I finally walked out after a long, grueling & unproductive interrogation session in the manager’s office-much worse than the Principal’s office!!Recently, I was in the Tradition area and against my better judgment tried again to cash my Series E bonds. Just as expected, I was denied because my name had changed since they were issued 30 years ago, despite the fact that my SSN was printed on the bond. I had ID to prove that this was indeed a valid transaction. The manager would not even check.I don’t plan on returning to Wells Fargo Bank at Tradition ever again, unless it only involves a very simple withdrawal from the ATM!! There are other branches with employees who really care about their customers by going out of their way to provide help and service!I have come to the conclusion that this branch cannot or does not care to deal with any transaction other than maybe a drive-through account withdrawal.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for years (probably 30+years). I have never, ever, not once, ever filed a dispute concerning a charge that I made. So on June 23rd I had my hair done at a place that totally ruined it.(and it cost me $221)I had to go to another stylist the following day to have it fixed.(Which cost me another $230+). So I disputed the $221 charge with Wells Fargo. I sent them pictures of my ruined hair and proof of the money I had to spend to have it fixed. No one on this planet could look at my pics and say it wasn’t ruined. So, what does Wells Fargo do? They deny my claim!!! They say the merchant stated that she will fix my hair. Really?? When I called her that first day she never offered to fix it!! So I had no choice but to go somewhere else immediately. I was too embarrassed to go out looking like that. I have included photos. Please, everyone, look at them. How can this bank side with the merchant? Pictures don’t lie!! So, I say, do your banking elsewhere!!! Wells Fargo does not stand behind their own customers. Shame on you Wells Fargo !!!! By the way, I have an appointment on Wednesday morning to close my accounts!!

I came in to turn in paperwork to close an account. The branch manager turned me away without reviewing my paperwork telling me to come back for an appointment I almost left then when I came back she reluctantly took my paperwork to review, only to tell me it was nothing I needed to do. When I explained the paperwork she "read" she then told me I needed to mail the forms instead of coming back for an appointment. The branch manager is impatient, unhelpful; overall curt & unpleasant disposition.

Dealing with banks is not my favorite thing, however, this branch is the bomb! All the customer facing employees are courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager has done her job well as all of her direct reports are doing things correctly!! Mario, Senior Premier Banker, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough as well.
