They are extremely well equipped and organized, using a parts scanner to 3D print unavailable parts. They also repair broken guides on rods and have a beautiful showroom of Daiwa rods and reels. My husband has had his reels fixed years for a few years (and a lot of reels as we own a charter) and always great service, fixed, good price and timing very good (parts are the only piece that is often not in control.) Highly recommend!
