BE CAREFUL with pump prices. They have the sign for diesel at 3.09 & pump says 3.39. The cashier says they don’t honor the sign price therefore they like to trick their customers with false advertisement. Bad service, go to another gas station down the street for less.

This place has gone down really bad ever since 7 Eleven took over. Mngmnt Needs to get their act together fast because this place is Decaying Fast!!!

Wow, this place has gotten run down really bad since 7-Eleven took over! Few pumps work and those that do are grungy and very old. The lot usually has some spilt drinks. Except for this very nice woman in the morning who seems to be the only employee to last more than a week because, no lie, EVERY SINGLE TIME I vist someone new is there, people there seemed pissed off to be there since most if not all have little enthusiasm and most have bad attitudes!
The employee turnover rate is unbelievable, and because of this, most don't know what they are doing. It seems that they can't find anyone competent enough to accept the pittance they must pay. The place leaves a lot for improvement!

Usually a long line at the counter. Car wash never, never works... 9 times out of 10 it's out of order.
The place is usually messy and every week there are new employees. Only 3 emps have been there past 1 month that I've seen.

The “machines for Air& Vacuum at “this” store did not work. I went to tell the cashier in store and she was no help and frankly didn’t care. No “Out of order” sign NOTHING. If the machine is on your property make a service request.

This gas station has by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. At any time of day, you’ll find an unreasonably long line. Today, there were 15 people waiting, and the only employee on duty was not only incredibly rude but also completely inattentive—casually picking up an online order while customers stood in line. When asked if he was the only one working, he simply gave a hard look and said nothing.
To be clear, I don’t blame the employee. He was left alone during rush hour, clearly without proper support or training. The real issue lies with management: they clearly have no idea how to staff a shift or train their employees to handle basic customer service. It’s embarrassing that Speedway allows this level of mismanagement to continue. And based on how long this has been happening, it’s obvious the problem is deep-rooted in the company’s leadership.

It's supposed to be open 24 hours a day and I've come several times in the early morning and the worker tells me it won't open.

By far, the most disorganized gas station I’ve ever been to. They sell car washes even if the machine is broken, their excuse is to always come back another day since the purchase is good for the next 90 days. A total disregard for your money and time. The gas pumps are always out of receipts which forces you to walk inside the store in the hopes you purchase something else. The crew are a bunch of young kids who could care less to help you and provide you a resolution to the very problem they have created. No managers are barely there as well. This place ought to close down and let a serious competitor move in. Go to Wawa next door instead.

I used to buy the 3.50 combo of two pizza and a soft drink almost every day and sometimes they charged me 3.50 and other times 5.99. The same combo. According to the cashier, that varies in the soft drink but I always buy the same one.

Went to purchase an item that “IS” on sale for 14.99 and I mentioned it to the cashier but instead she calls someone else to charge me 16.99 the original price . And all they had to say was that it was because of the tax .and has the audacity to have a phone call right in my face . They don’t know how to find the tax nor have good customer service.

I visited this store frequently. Unfortunately, I have noticed that customer service has been declining. As I was completing my purchase, the cashier scanned my rewards card and walked away. I wanted to ask for a bag for my purchase, but she did not return, so I had to ask someone else. I have always enjoyed the food and reward perks from here, but I truly believe they need to make efforts on improving customer service. Rude employees will only hurt your business.Also, I would ask that the store invest on coffee cup sleeves. I wanted to buy a cup of coffee and noticed that there were no sleeves. As a result, I placed the cup in an empty cup so I would be able to hold it in my hand. The cashier stated that I would have to be charged for 2 cups because of the 2nd cup I was using so as to not burn my hand. Ultimately, I did not buy the coffee and left it. I decided to buy it at a different gas station.

This gasoline station is no longer reliable! When you're in a hurry and need to pump gas and go, most of the time the pump is either out of service or it makes you go inside to see the cashier. Once inside the attendants are sometimes not very nice. There are a few exceptions but overall this gas station desperately needs maintenance! One of the ladies at the register once told me that the pumps were all a "hot mess" and I can't agree more with her. Oh and the car wash. Just purchased one of the packages for 5 washes and I want to get my money back. Washed my car 4 weeks ago and one of the hoses was obviously broken because it kept releasing water even when the car was in "dryer" mode. So ridiculous! Waste of time and money. Very frustrating!!! I have a video that I took. I took a photo from the video but you really can't tell. If management wants to see the video, I will gladly forward it. From now on, Wawa will be getting my business!

I have gone shopping with my husband several times at that gas station, my father is there too and always the ones who are serving don't even know what they are doing and there are long lines and the only thing they tell you is that you have to wait when the line reaches the door it is a lack of respect

I gave the girl the money for gas and she didn’t put it in my pump when I tried to get my gas in my car they refused to give me my money back and didn’t put the gas in my car no the first time this had happened the manager in the daytime in horrible. They need new employees.
