I was looking for a place to have my hair colored. I walked into the salon. I made an appointment and came back a few days later. The stylist that did my hair did an amazing job. She is a master Cosmetologist. She was well trained in color in other chemical services. I wanted to go from blonde back to brown and she did an amazing job. It was exactly what I asked for. She blow dried it and it looked amazing. Five stars all the way for this amazing group of professionals. Everybody at the shop was very supportive and very kind. I highly recommend you stop by and make an appointment.

Everyone from calling to making my appointment to the hair stylist were absolutely professional, polite and very knowledgeable with their skills. Brandy listened to exactly how I wanted my hair to be cut and styled. I am so pleased with my new hair style. Thank you Brandy !! This place does not deserve ANY star, but it is the only way I could leave my experience! HORRIBLE Customer Service! This place came recommended by a good friend (whom I will be informing of the bad experience we had). I called, spoke to Holly and she made a 2pm appointment with Autumn for my frail, elderly (88y.o.) Mother. After waiting 15 min. I inquired if Autumn was running behind & Holly said yes & that she was just finishing applying color to another client & would be right with us. We WAITED 40 MINUTES! Autumn NEVER came out to address us or apologize for running so far behind. This is NOT acceptable service! At the very least Holly should have called & told us that Autumn was running very late, before we left the house. My Mother does not walk very well and it was exhausting to walk her in & then turn around and leave 40 minutes later!I WOULD NEVER EVER return or recommend this shop to anyone! KARMA!The "owner who responded to my review, is smoking crack & an out & out liar! I DID NOT DROP OFF MY MOTHER, I stayed the entire time. So there is another strike against you & your lousy salon, YOU ARE A LIAR! Sounds like you need a Jesus intervention!
