I discovered this store while doing our yearly Punta Gorda escape. I have a difficult time finding petite size clothes, so this was a great discovery. Great Florida styles at reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful when I needed them to order a specific item in a size they didn't have at this store. They ordered the size and called me when the item came in. Unlike several stores in Punta Gorda/Fisherman's Village which won't let you return something and get a refund, Anthony's does so I felt comfortable purchasing items knowing I could return them if needed and not just get a credit. I wish they would carry dresses in petite sizes. We petite ladies would love dresses that actually fit us and didn't need to be altered.DianeWisconsin

Beautiful clothing, but very lackluster customer service. Went in to purchase some things for a trip to Hawaii. Walked around for approximately 15 minutes gathering clothes. No carriage, or anyone offering to start a dressing room for me. I finally flagged down a woman who took my items, and said to let her know when I wanted to go into the dressing room. She then disappeared. Another 15 minutes of gathering items, and then I had to flag another associate down to get my first batch of clothes. She walked me to the dressing room. No one came back to ask how I was doing, or if I needed a different size. The whole experience made me feel so uncomfortable, that I simply left… despite finding several things I would have probably purchased in a smaller size. They lost $250-300 of business. I guess they don’t need it?!

Caring kind knowledgeable staff. Beautiful well made clothing and a huge selection of resort wear and swim wear. Sizes 4-18. Nothing larger or smaller Dec 15-18 2022 sale going on. Many items 25% off or more for clearance rack. Clearance items NO RETURNS! Try things on before buying

I went into this store, found some blouses that I liked, I asked the person at the (large) counter if I could please set the 4-5 items (that I was planning on puchasing) on the counter so I could use the restroom! Well, she looked at me (obnoxiously) and said "NO" and turned around as though I was not on her "approval" list as a customer! I promptly put the items on a random rack, went to the restroom and then decided I did not want to put my money into such a store with such a rude employee. This employee was over the top rude and I will not be going back!

Purchased an extensive amount of bathing suits. As the salesclerk was ringing up the merchandise, I inquired politely if any suits were on sale. The salesclerk was sarcastic and rude and shouted “Can’t you read? All the signs posted state everything in the store is $25! Don’t you pay attention?” I was flabbergasted not expecting such rudeness. I contacted the manager via phone call after I departed. I can only hope that the store manager reprimanded this woman because she definitely ruined my day!!

Unfortunately, I was looking forward to finding a formal/evening dress for an upcoming wedding. Ahead if time, I looked online and saw some pretty dresses- but when arriving there, I did not find any of what I had expected to see... I am of of a XL or 1x and did not find what I needed... a quick in and out for us. $$$$

My wife was planning on dropping quite a bit of money here today. We walked in and no one even spoke to us let alone asked if they could help. She tried on things with nothing said. We left. We refuse to spend our money at small businesses that treat people like this.
