THIS IS NOT AN AT&T STORE
This is an AT&T authorized retailer. ANTHONY S is a liar. He added Next Up Anytime to my line after I specifically told him I did not want it. He switched my group insurance from one line I wanted it on to a totally different line for no reason. Anthony S should not be able to represent AT&T.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anthony Scrima at the AT&T. He was THE most honest and trustworthy sales rep i have ever dealt with in my entire life. His overall knowledge of the industry and understanding of my needs made me feel comfortable in doing business with him. Thank you Anthony for being the outstanding law abiding citizen that you are. ??

If I could give this Store a zero stars I would what they did was illegal and it’s not right. Anthony, let somebody trade in a i phone on my account without my passcode or authorization now I’m stuck with a phone I can’t even use and I have to pay for it. He was very rude. And the salesman, Anthony/manager even told me what he did was wrong. Try to get the district managers number they said they couldn’t give it out Anthony ended up calling the cops and getting me trespassed so now I have to make a police report on Anthony because he held the phone for four days didn’t turn it in knew exactly what phone I was talking about when I got there and said it wasn’t his problem

Great experience from the start to the ending ! Patrick hooked me up with a new phone plan & a new phone very quickly & kept me up to date along the way - I had never had a phone plan before so it was a time consuming process and Patrick handled it like a star . Great place - I definitely recommend !! ?
