My husband had to have his phone replaced because of damage, and when he got the new one home, it said it wasn't registered. I called the store (at 630pm) and Alec answered. The store closes at 7pm so I raced right over! This gentleman worked on the phone for almost an hour to get this up and working! Stayed 45 minutes late to do it! This location better never let this guy go ever!

I had a very pleasant experience with Jules @ AT&T ... I got my phone wet when I was at Discovery Cove & I had to get a new phone which was not on my agenda because it was the 1 year of my Dad going to heaven..... but Jules was very professional & helped make the process very easy

Casey did an amazing job! I told Heard that I wanted to trade in my iPhone 11 and get the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. She put me on a monthly payment plan and she took off $350 for the new phone for me to trade in my old phone. She transferred all my old phone data and put it on the new phone. The phone automatically gave me a new phone number and had service, the process was very simple and it all took less than half an hour. I paid a down payment for the new phone and she set me up with the right plan and I paid a fee of $35 dollars to switch Over to AT&T. The process the prices and the customer service was top-tier. Once you go to AT&T, you never go back to anything else. Their service works absolutely amazing and everywhere I go I couldn’t go with straight talk. Thank you again, Casey!

Purchased my phone here in December, on the third replacement in nine months, the in store help was minimal. Knowledge of the product they sold me left a lot to be desired. Went to this store today, was greeted when I entered, only one person working, then waited, and waited, and waited. Left without being helped. See no point in ever going back here...

The manager of this store is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and through. Great experience with getting 2 new phones and the entire setup. Highly recommend this AT&T location. Especially because of the proximity and the awesome manger.

When we walked in there two gals sitting at their table playing on their phones. They turned their heads when we walked in. No smile an absolutely no greeting. They were unable to fix our problem. Gave us a number to call which we did in the parking lot. When we thought our situation was resolved we went back in with questions. First call didn’t know how to read our bill so asked the other employee for help. Basically she didn’t have answers either. They were dressed SO unprofessional!!Today we went to a corporate store and what a difference!
