Troop 1030 is located in Punta Gorda, Florida. Chartered by American Legion Post 103.
We run an active year round program, including monthly trips, camping, and an annual week at summer camp and winter camp. Meetings are every Monday 7pm to 8:30pm.
Troop 1030 is Scout led to prepare our young men to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
Our fun, exciting program and outdoor adventures prepare youth in our community for a lifetime of character, independence, citizenship, leadership, camaraderie, team work and outdoor skills all in accordance with the principles of Scouting, focusing on traditional skills and values of pioneering and frontiersman-ship.
