Hours: The Charlotte Community Foundation Exists to Improve the Entire Community Unlike nonprofit organizations focused on a single cause, the Charlotte Community Foundation exists to improve the entire community as a whole. We do so by serving our donors, advocating for philanthropy, and supporting other local nonprofit organizations. By working across the community, we are able to gain extensive knowledge of what makes Charlotte County tick — including the needs of our residents, the forces of change, and the region’s capacity for growth.
