I recently ordered flowers for my mother’s 70th birthday. Apparently when I googled florist a company comes up. Unfortunately it wasn’t this company but the card on the flowers were from here! The flowers and balloons were absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Thank you so much for RUINING my husband's flowers. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, you called and said you couldnt make it due tl the roads. Funny, roads were fine for me and my employees and drivers. Then you PROMISED me they would arrive this morning. Over 2 hours ago I got an email saying they were delivered. Over 2 hours I tried calling 17 times to ask how, we didn't get them. I asked all my employees no one seen them. I ruined the surprise and asked my husband he said no. At 5:07pm I get a call from the driver who had an attitude. He said he wouldn't get here till 5:25pm. I said absolutely NOT. Surprise is ruined, you guys lied and now I have to deal with your employees attitude, no thank you!!!! Thanks so much for the disappointment!!!!!!

I received this large, gorgeous arrangement for my birthday. It is stunningly beautiful. The flowers were fresh and unique. It’s been almost a week and most of them are still alive. I am so impressed with Charlotte County flowers. I highly recommend them.

Told them to wow me and they did not disappoint. I asked for 9 arrangements to all be unique and they were amazing. They arrived on time for the event, and the arrangements were fabulous, everyone loved them and the price was absolutley right. I highly recommend Charlotte County Flowers in Punta Gorda.

I ordered two candy bouquets for my kids for Valentine’s Day which looked great except one had more candy than the other. Then the other day my husband goes to eat a piece but sees the expiration date showing December 2023. Then he checked every other piece of candy and they were all expired before Valentine’s Day. I didn’t even think to check when I brought them home since I only ordered them a week before Valentine’s Day 2024.
Very disappointed.

He dropped off the flowers and text to tell me that the they were at my front gate.

Terrible experience . Scheduled me for an appointment for a consultation at 1:30 and then they never showed up. Tried calling and got stuck on the phone with someone who had no idea what was going on and just kept asking if I was picking up an order . All in all they scheduled an appointment for 1:30 when their shop is closed. Bummer was excited to use them, guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere .

I bought flowers from Charlotte County flowers for my mother's birthday which was February 12 the flowers were already starting to get brown the day that they were delivered. I I called them and the lady on the phone was very rude. they never even offered to make it right. very very disappointed.

Charlotte county flowers just delivered the most perfect flower arrangement from my dear friend in Connecticut. I have never seen such a perfect arrangement. I am in hospital and these flowers cheered me up more than I ever thought possible. When I need any flowers inthefutureI will obly deL with CC flowers.
