I need to get my last name on my account and rush to get to the bank before the closed. I am a busy mom and don't get much free time. I arrived there 10 minutes before they closed and the teller refused to help me saying they close soon and the banker left

Staff is great. Very attentive. Outside ATM has issues 90% of the time but the lobby ATM is available 24/7 if needed.

Friendly smart staff that gets you in and out without a big hassle. Bonus is they are open until 5 unlike BOA that locks their door at 3:57.

One star is too much to give them, they screw up everything they touch from credit cards to debit cards. I so love waiting on hold only to talk to someone at home in India. Customer service is an oxymoron with Chase. I'm closing all my accounts today. The branch is fine but the majority of serious banking is done off site, that is the problem

I was the Representative Payee on an account for my disabled step-daughter who passed away in 2019. In order to close the account, I needed to bring in an original, stamped death certificate [the only kind I ordered]. I was advised to leave the account open for awhile; the bank made a copy of the death certificate. After a couple years, I called Chase corporate to cancel the account. I was advised they had a copy of her death certificate on file, and the most efficient way to close the account was to go to the local branch and show them my photo id. I did so. The next day I received a call, they needed me to bring a copy of the death certificate because when they downloaded it, they didn't mark it as an original. I drove back to the bank, brought the death certificate and my id, asked them to make sure to document that it was an original. The next evening, I reviewed MY account online and discovered it had been closed [my account, not my step-daughter's]! I called Chase corporate and was given a direct number to call the next morning-New Year's Eve! Apparently, the branch listed ME as dead, not my step-daughter! I called that number and was informed it would be best to go back to the branch because it would take several business days to rectify if I didn't. I went back to the bank, and talked to the manager. He said, unfortunately, he couldn't contact the department directly, he didn't have access to their number. I told him I did, gave it to him, and he got through. After 45 minutes, my account was re-opened, but, my debit card was cancelled. I was told by the bank manager he would put a rush on the new card and I should receive it the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Today, I looked at my account, I was charged a fee to replace my card!!! I called and got the fee reversed [still waiting on the card]. I can't imagine how any of this happened. Surely, being a Representative Payee on an account is not a rarity. This has been a nightmare!

Probably the best customer service I have ever gotten at a bank. I went to exchange some foreign currency during the lunch period, a Chase employee (she may have been a manager but I'm not sure) who was leaving for her lunch break stopped and went back to work so I wouldn't have to wait in line (there was only one other person). It really shows they care about people here, I wasn't even in a hurry or anything.

Branch staff are great, but the automated functions should be improved upon. On June 25th, I deposited a fairly big check into a newly opened estate account and was told there would be a hold on the money until 6/29. Cool. The check cleared on 6/28 (money was removed from the account that the check was written on), but on the 29th, an automated Chase process sent me a letter stating the funds would be held until 7/7. I was on vacation and did not see the letter until 7/5. I had set up auto-pay for 4 different bills and wrote a check for over $6k, thinking that I would have funds available. Oops, I was wrong. I'm dealing with enough, I don't need my bank to forget how banks are supposed to work. I wouldn't recommend.

Wow. I have to give them at least a 5.0. Not only do they answer the phone, when you call, but you can make a convenient appointment, in order conduct your necessary business. Plus, Adam and the young ladies are very friendly, helpful and cordial.
