At self checkout one of purchases did not ring up the price. We got help from an employee and she also had difficulty making it ring up. But she found a way and all was fine. She was very helpful and friendly.

My child needed her prescription. Her doctors called it in to the pharmacy twice. And I went to get it and they are trying to tell me she needs to go back to the doctors to get them to fill it! That makes no sense. The techs and pharmacists have no idea what they are talking about. Whom ever the tech was that took care of me, seemed like she actually had no idea what she was doing.

Tired of getting harassed by the pharmacist and pharm techs for being a Type 1 diabetic. Apparently, they believe it’s their job to tell me what I can and cannot afford. The average cost of a T1D to LIVE in the US is 10k annually. Maybe instead of refusing to fill my Rx that you feel is “too expensive” you try calling me??? I made a formal complaint about this pharmacy to CVS. It’s exhausting enough being T1 for more than 30 years but to have 2 different people tell me I can’t afford to survive?? I’ll make you a deal, you do your job and FILL THE RX FROM MY DOCTOR and I’ll decide if it’s too expensive to live.

I like CVS in general, but this store is overwhelmed with pharmacy customers. The lines are almost always long and the parking lot is usually full. You can not call the pharmacy directly anymore, and if you leave a message they do not return the call......they need to build another store (maybe pharmacy only) close by.

As a provider I call many pharmacies on a daily basis. This pharmacy is by far the worst and should be closed or hire new management. My doctor sent in an RX and I’ve called 2x leaving a VM on the provider line and NO ONE has called back. This was a week ago. Every time I drive by, the line is 5 cars deep in the “drive through.” Next time, I will have my provider send the RX to another pharmacy. It’s pathetic really.

Sadly, poor customer service skills. This applies to all CVS pharmacies that I have ever called. Mind you, I call from the prescriber's office. Even our patients PCPs are recommending that patient's change their pharmacy from CVS.

This is just so sad to have to put a review, but I worked in this place for a few months and all I learned is that the pharmacy technicians team are bored out of their life and all they do is put peoples personal medication out there between them and make fun of customers personals condition and treat the customers like they’re not worth being there. I swear that you guys really do need to change your people there. It is just sad having to go to work. Listen to people complain about their life talk bad about other peoples private life, and then make you feel uncomfortable and tell you personally that “you do not have to treat the customers with respect because they don’t Deserve it” on top of that they Allow employees to go to work with Covid not wear mask and get other people sick like really you should treat people with love because you don’t know what they’ve been through. They’re there to pick up medication’s for a reason I really do hope this review reaches a lot of people and the correct people so they can review the people they have working at this CVS Location and make changes. Oh, and on top of that This is only the pharmacy I’m complaining about, the store itself has very nice employees and very respect But in the pharmacy they should really really look into Technicians.

Been trying to get my medication refilled for 4 days no one will answer the phone , your sent to voicemail with no option to take to a person and no one called you back !!! Worst service ever ! Is it really that hard to count pills , I would suggest watching some Sesame Street episodes! What a waste of all that money spent on education that apparently didn’t prepare pharmacist with real world skills!.. I’ll help you out a little 1 haha 2 hahaha 3 hahaha
