This is just so sad to have to put a review, but I worked in this place for a few months and all I learned is that the pharmacy technicians team are bored out of their life and all they do is put peoples personal medication out there between them and make fun of customers personals condition and treat the customers like they’re not worth being there. I swear that you guys really do need to change your people there. It is just sad having to go to work. Listen to people complain about their life talk bad about other peoples private life, and then make you feel uncomfortable and tell you personally that “you do not have to treat the customers with respect because they don’t Deserve it” on top of that they Allow employees to go to work with Covid not wear mask and get other people sick like really you should treat people with love because you don’t know what they’ve been through. They’re there to pick up medication’s for a reason I really do hope this review reaches a lot of people and the correct people so they can review the people they have working at this CVS Location and make changes. Oh, and on top of that This is only the pharmacy I’m complaining about, the store itself has very nice employees and very respect But in the pharmacy they should really really look into Technicians.

Been trying to get my medication refilled for 4 days no one will answer the phone , your sent to voicemail with no option to take to a person and no one called you back !!! Worst service ever ! Is it really that hard to count pills , I would suggest watching some Sesame Street episodes! What a waste of all that money spent on education that apparently didn’t prepare pharmacist with real world skills!.. I’ll help you out a little 1 haha 2 hahaha 3 hahaha

I used to like cvs.. they need humans to answer the phone. The automated phone bot is aweful. If you insurance supports it. I would recommend using a different pharmacy

Dropped off script for very needed pain meds Wed. at 11:00. Was told they'd be ready by 3, took number to textt if ready early. Never received text. Called several times for status that kept saying in progress all evening. Called several times Thursday morning, same story. Went in at 11:40 am Thursday since it's been lingering enough. I was told they were scheduled to be filled at noon. By whom? No answer. Go figure. Asked to wait another 20 min while they work on it. Ridiculous & unexceptionable service. Pain meds idiot! Pain meds!

There is a woman, Nicole, that is beyond rude. She is standing doing nothing but she is ONLY helping PICK UPS. I'm a drop off and another customer is taking a LOOOOOONG Time at the counter. I was next but she called a man forward without speaking to me first . I spoke up. She was curt and rude! Why act like this ?!

Cristine is a welcome surprise at CVS! I was looking for an item I thought you were out of. She asked me if I found everything I was looking for and when I told her no she stopped what she was doing and came with me to show me where the item was in the store. That simple act of kindness turned my whole day into a positive. She is sincere and personable and very sweet. I told my husband and our family about my experience. She's a keeper. Be good to her.

Picking up a prescription that’s “ready for pick up” takes absolutely forever, older pharmacist acts like every customer is burden and unbelievable attitude. don’t know why i didn’t go with walmart pharmacy in the first place

This CVS pharmacy used to be awful, but for the past few months they have been so much better! They have been friendly, helpful, and nice. I'm not sure what changed, but please keep it up!

I use CVS. My insurance pays. For six years I have said do not do automatic renewal and fir six years they have. They have sworn they don't get my prescriptions from my physician and my physician swears they have . It's back and forth, back and forth. They call me and constantly harass me about automatic renewal. I say I'm not even discussing this because I have said no a dozen times. The next day they text and say I have prescriptions to pick up that I have not requested. They never stop. I do like the Minute Clinic and find the nurse practitioners to be professional and knowledgeable. But that pharmacy just sucks.

Poor customer service no one picks up the phone and or returns your call back after leaving a message. This is not the first time either it is an ongoing thing where they do not answer the phone.

Can't fill my wife's medicine here because I was told that she.doesnt full her medicines here, I don't understand and the pharmacy manager wasn't engaged in my discussion about it, sadly I felt like she didn't care.
