Everytime we order for delivery it takes the drivers forever to get to us! When you call the store they are absolutely no help!

I ordered a pizza Saturday night and when we got it, it was cold and didn't taste good. I have always ordered pizza from Domino's and never had a problem with it. My granddaughter could even eat it. She put it in the trash. I should have called and complained.

7/24: I emailed corporate shortly after this happened(Nov 2023) and was told Franchisee/owner would be contacting me to discuss further. To date, I haven't received any contact from owner, or Domino's Corporate. I stopped in the store, today, and spoke with the GM and reiterated everything to him. He apologized and told me we can not hand out a free pizza as this happened too long ago. I told him I had been a weekly customer and to look up my profile, which he declined to do. To date my issue has yet to be addressed with satisfaction.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wasted 20 minutes attempting to place an order on App only to find out it was down. I phoned in order thinking I was calling store. Unfortunately, Dominos gave up customer service and decided to use call center overseas. Hubby went to pick up our order, and was told, no order was called in which prompted him to call me twice(I had just had surgery) asking if I called the correct location. I assured him, I did. Dylan, finally found our order and my husband had to wait. It was the worst Pizza we had from this location. Inedible due to crust being too thin, and unable to pick it up. The slices were ripped up in little pieces due to sogginess. We ordered Brooklyn style and this was thinner than thin. Very disappointed in Dominos customer service. Sadly, can't get ahold of anybody at corporate unless you want to talk to BOT. They just lost a 40+ year loyal customer.

The food is good but the person you have to talk to to place an order can't speak good English they have a very strong accent you can't understand anything she says they need to change that person we're in America speak English understand English clearly

The delivery driver told my mother he did not get the $5.00 tip I added to charge.I called back to question if their driver was given the tip I left on my card, verifying the charge amount.The manager TIA, said I was charged $35, though my bank charge was only $30.00, which is why I wanted it clarified.At end of the call with TIA, a manager, she said “ thanks for wasting my time “ and hung up on me !Drivers make their living there off tips. On The last delivery, he told my mother that he did not get the tip, which is why I wanted to be sure next time.She was extremely rude and this was uncalled for!!I’m going to go to ownership of this location.TIA SHOULD NOT BE IN HER MGNT POSITION!!

There was a mistake with my carry out order and I had to drive back to get my other item. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service I received when I returned. The manager gave me a coupon and a sincere apology. I love the food at this location and the great customer service!

Almost zero sauce on the pizzas. Very little cheese as well. Very, very disappointed. The employees inside the store when I picked up the pizzas were friendly and efficient.

I came into this location spent $40 dollars tried to use a hundred dollar bill the manager got real lippy with me would not except it. Tried to make me go to the gas station. I told him his job depends on big orders he didn't care he was rude to me. I give Dillon a zero star for poor customer service. He's lucky my brother wants this or I'd cancel. My brother is disabled can't walk what a hassle it was just go get pizzas here. I won't bother coming here again I'll eat something else. The other workers tried there best to make it happen but Dillon did not care about his job at all and gave me hateful attitude. If you like being disrespected than this is the place . Fire Dillon before he causes you to close from loss of business.

We are new to the Punta Gorda area and have had several pizzas from this location. The pizzas have always been very good and I've never had any trouble with the curbside pick up. Last week I ordered a pizza and salad and was notified via EM that it was ready. I pulled up in the parking lot and put my flashers on as instructed and waited after indicating that I had arrived. No one came out with my order after five minutes, so I went inside. I have never in my life been spoken to or treated so rudely. They need to immediately fire, the young man that claimed to be the manager. My order had been made incorrectly and they were remaking it, which is totally understandable. What is not understandable is the rudeness and lack of any kind of Customer Service. I was almost in tears because I did nothing to deserve the treatment I was getting. And it wasn't from just him. The other people in the back that were working were also not kind. I hope that whoever owns this franchise does some housecleaning because I will never return here again. In addition, it was the worst pizza from that location I have ever had.

Not even worth one (1) star!Store manager, RUDE, vulgar, disrespectful and racist.When the other manager came who is supposed to be above that manager he came with an attitude due to what was said to him over the phone before he arrives at the store I had to ask him why do you have an attitude?I made an online order and messed up on my order due to it being my first time ordering online.I immediately called the store someone answer the phone and just put me on hold.I was on hold until I got to the store, upon entering the store the phone was face down on the counter while three (3) workers were standing 2 behind the counter and one by the door who asked me how he may help me upon the store.I informed him that I am the one on the phone holding and he immediately ignore me after that.The store manager came out of the restroom asked me how he may help. I told him I’m the one on the phone that has been holding. He did not even wash his hands. He just put his apron on. I explain to him I order online they messed up my order by getting spicy buffalo chicken instead of plain.The first thing out of his mouth was, so why did you order it?He was very rude, disrespectful vulgar racist, and lack customer service skill.

Joseph refused to take my order after the call center transferred my call to his store to place an order. I’ve had this specific store deliver to me specifically at this address 6 times but he refused to take my order as he couldn’t take my call. Was rude and hung up on me and would not listen to what the call center directed me to do. Horrible service and Joseph should be fired for his piss poor attitude and not wanting to work things out

I usually rave about Domino's, but this time was a fail ... ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of wings. The pizzas had NO sauce on them. Sorry Domino's... but we'll give you another and maybe next time it'll be better. No issues with the wings though.
