My husband and I just went to go get me some personal things and the sign says they close at 10pm and it is only 9:30pm and they are closed.and that is 30 mins before closing time . If there sign says 10pm they should stay open to public until then. Incase of emergency. I know I will need go back there or spend people there to shop

Will not be shopping at the Family Dollar on Rampart Blvd. again. Had a bad experience with a cashier around the holidays and let it go since holidays can be rough for some folks. I simply decided to go elsewhere so haven't been back. Had some out-of-state friends visiting who stopped there for cigarettes and a few other items. The female cashier was unbelievably rude, cussed (dropped the "f" bomb) and told the individual she was talking to on the phone "I have to go so I can deal with this idiot". My friend, who is a kind, soft spoken southern gentleman was shocked to be treated in such a rude, unprofessional manner. The young man who was also working at the time simply shrugged his shoulders like it's normal behavior. So "thank you" rude Family Dollar employee for showing my friends that I wasn't exaggerating when I said your store has the rudest employees in Charlotte County. We're happy to take our business elsewhere.

The girl at the register was incredibly friendly and cute I really didn't expect to feel so great after leaving she even gave me a nickname Shoe ? give her a raise, that kind of energy isn't in everyone

Found the Faygo product there but not the flavor I was seeking. Got solicited for a contribution at checkout. Hey...I go to a dollar store to save money, not to pay an extra dollar for that...a BIG percentage purchase.

I wish there was a Family Dollar in southern Punta Gorda. I went to this location for t bamboo pillows. They only had three. The store was good. The cashier was on a personal call while checking out. That's just rude.
