Dropped 10 packages off in the middle of the driveway of the wrong address. Said they would not look into it or open a case since I was not the shipper. They said I should contact the retailer I purchased from for shipping issues. Insane support behavior.

Though a little out of the way, don't be fooled by the massive distribution center building, this is a really great full service location. The office is right in the front with convenient parking, once inside greeted by friendly associates offering prompt and efficient service for all your FedEx needs!

The Fedx driver left a 30ft patch of torn up lawn on my front lawn
Never stopped once he tore it up
I have called three times they will not put a human on the phone
The automatic answer system has no menu for the complaints on the
Program
I also tried the chat line
They had nothing on the menu to let me report what the driver had done to my yard
I hope they read this so they can answer my complaint and FIX my yard

These workers are so dumb..
The don't knock on doors and made a bunch of noise outside my apartment then left a package my door say 12 the package said 6...are your people really that uneducated they don't know numbers? Then comes back to get the package few hours later makes a bunch of noise outside my apartment again (like seriously sounded like someone moving my things outside) then who knocks on the door FedEx asking for the package...if you knocked the first time and actually looked at the door you'd know....talk to you're staff about paying attention please..stay the hell away from my apartment!!! I'm not apartment 3 4 6 7 8 0r 10 I'm 12...so why am I getting a quarter or more of my neighbors packages? Please please please tell them to knock on doors and pay attention and if they don't know there's even a rent sign with the landlords number you guys could always call...please pay attention and stop giving packages to the wrong doors...

Terrible delivery service , I believe the drivers name was Alejandro. Waited around all morning for the delivery. He didn't attempt to use the call box at my building. Just took a picture of the entrance and left. I have delivery instructions and my cell number on the account. I hope his supervisors address this issue.

Drivers are lazy and cannot follow very clear instructions. Stop delivering to package rooms if that is not the delivery address. It’s not okay to deliver a 100#+ box to a package room. Especially when it states DO NOT deliver to package room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Laziest drivers. Directions for deliveries by Fedex to my place have been saved on their website and yet 9 out of 10 deliveries are left at by the road, where they can easily be stolen, rather than placed at the front door as requested. I have two gates each clearly marked with a sign indicating to place all deliveries at front door but they just can't get it right. The drivers are lazy and not trying!

In less than 30 days I have had to file 2 claims for my 2 packages and never hear back from FedEx after the information was sent to them. The driver goes so fast down our road and passes the house. We have to mobile home parks behind us. I am not the only person in our neighborhood that has complained about this issue. Need new driver that can look at the mailbox and the post my our front door with the house #. You can never get a supervisor on the phone either!

The service was okay. The gentleman at the counter questioned if I was at the right location for a scheduled pick-up without first checking the back... It felt kind of weird. My package was there and he lent me the dolly while offering assistance (I declined because I could lift it myself). It was an quick interaction and I appreciated the quick pick-up. Thank you.
