If I could give zero stars I would. I order musical equipment online frequently and I can't count the times my packages have shown up with boxes that look like the were put in the path of the running of the bulls. Their online tracking seems to be run by someone with the organizational skills of a schizophrenic I've begged my supplier to use UPS. From this point forward if I can't get my packages sent by UPS I will shop elsewhere

Vanessa was a tremendous help with an urgent issue with my FedEx delivery. It was out of her department but still took the time and effort to go above and beyond to help me out and assure all questions were answered. Very patient and knowledgeable in what she does. I hope she is able to get recognized for this.

I ordered a custom Alienware laptop from Dell, but the FedEx in my area stole it. Since this is a custom order, Dell can remotely lock the system. I'm also curious why the thief didn't take the laptop charger with him as the computer was locked remotely. You can only sell the computer parts separately, without the charger you have to pay extra for it. This is why FedEx has such a bad reputation. Also, FedEx customer service reps didn't seem concerned about the issues, even though the item was worth more than $1,700. Dell has taken action to address this issue.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me. He was very patient to help me with all my questions and didn't even get flustered with me when I didn't understand just was patient and explained so I understood. And I had no troubles finding th store with my Google map!

Wish I could give it 0 stars!!! Been receiving packages via FedEx for years with no issues until they opened the new distribution center in Punta Gorda, now packages are being stolen and customer service is almost non existent. Can’t even talk to a real person when you call smh! Had an expensive package arrive there and it never went out for delivery! No answers when I called just a I’m sorry”

first off customer service takes forever to get through, secondly deliver driver did not delivery my package next I can't request any type if manage delivery options because it's a direct sign so I'm list about getting my package fed ex keeps saying its ok it will be delivered the next business day, what is going to be different the next time they get to deliver? There has now been 2 failed attempt! Communication is Terrible through drivers and customer service provided

They will not deliver to individual units in high rises even though you are there to let them in. I had a big box that they left outside and hurt my back trying to bring it inside so it wouldn't get stolen. If you have had this happen to you, please contact me.

Great first stop there. Very friendly and helpful. Made 9 returns and had to pack them all, they had everything I needed. Scanned them in and instantly my phone buzzed with each scan letting me know they were received!

Drivers do not attempt to alert you to a delivery. Knock or ring a doorbell. Leaving my package barely on my porch and me getting alerted 15 minutes later by notification is unacceptable... especially since it rained in those 15 minutes. Box was soaked!

They close at 7! Says on google they close at 8 on Tuesday, but that is wrong. I suggested an edit but google never actually fixes things so I’m just letting people know!! They close at 7 :) Great location though!

D*** machine so d*** it’s so unsettling to talks to a very d*** machines that ignores common courtesy and don’t answers questions if you asking for help you actually don’t get help and you end up more aggregated then when you call before besides they lost package?!? D*** system does d*** stuff!! They lost package and d*** machine can’t even explain where it got lost and then it hang up on you on top, systems is absolutely beyond stupid!!! It’s absolutely d*** system, machine ignores and do not connect to customers service absolutely d*** system do not recognize or respond if it comes to customer service!!! I’ll never ship anything with FedEx because you are not able to talk to live person only d*** machine and it doesn’t even give you information you need it’s incapable follow your demand to answer, this is horrible experience and next time you call this d*** machine get nasty and will not connect you to customer service but hang up on you!!! Very poor stupid system for customer service it’s absolutely disgusting & ridiculous system!! I would give -10 for effort from company to get this going stupid system lost my order and d*** machine can’t help at all!!!
