Absolutely the worst experience. Bought a new Crownline 305XS and have had numerous warranty issues. Black Label has been terrible at addressing them. The worst problem was paint peeling on the hardtop. After weeks of stalling they finally had someone repaint it and it is a disaster. The paint is rough, they damaged areas that weren’t even repainted and overspray everywhere including upholstery, dash, steering wheel and almost everywhere. They will not fix it.
Beware

Black Label Marine Group in Punta Gorda, FL, is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. To begin, their service department is a complete disaster. The office staff is consistently rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking basic questions or following up. Once they get your money, customer service goes out the window. I purchased a brand new boat in the beginning of 2024 from them, and I'm still to this day waiting for them to fulfill items on the purchase contract. If you’re considering buying a boat here, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. Buying from Black Label Marine Group is nothing but a mistake you’ll regret for the rest of your life.

Customer service at this location is the worse. Whoever Kathy is, is absolutely useless. Tried to get price on a new livewell lid. Been a few weeks haven’t heard back till I reached out again. Wyatt took it over but still don’t have a price. Really miss Nicole at this location. She was awesome.

I recently had my boat serviced at Black Label Marine in Punta Gorda. It was a great experience, Johnny was able to fix some of the minor repairs I requested, along with servicing the engine. I plan to go back to them in the future for any boat service.

Overall it was a good experience. It was great that I was able to drive the boat to Black Label and have them haul it for service. The haul out fee was okay with me, but I thought the labor charge was a bit high for the 20 hour service which included an oil change and lower unit fluid change. I guess that's the price I have to pay for connivence. I would however go back there for the 100 hour service because I know it'll be done right.

I needed gas for my boat. I was on empty. The young lady came out in the hot Florida heat and pumped over 66 gallons. That is the size of the fuel tank. It was well over 90 degrees. The Marina is on Alligator Creek and they have nice floating docks. I am going to continue using them to top off boat.
