Goodwill Retail & Donation Center is a favorite and fun thrift spot to donate and shop. It is hands down one of the best Goodwills in the state for housewares and books and easily number one in the area. The store is very organized and is a good place for nice furniture, with a great selection of clothes and plenty of appliances. There are lots of books for all ages. Many find the pricing extremely reasonable, with cute and reasonably priced items. The staff is great, with friendly and sweet clerks, and an amazing store manager. However, some experiences are just ok. A slow price-creep is evident, with stuff potentially double the price of pre-pandemic deals, and some items like furniture or an old bike can be seen as overpriced for their condition. The furniture section can be pretty much non-existent. Shoppers wish the shelves were filled and loaded with more donated goods throughout the day. While the staff works hard, customers should be aware that store encounters with other shoppers can sometimes be rude. Overall, it remains a nice store where many keep more stuff than they resell, finding rare pieces and a decent amount of their decor and library.
The staff is always helpful. It does not matter if I am donating or shopping, I am always treated with kindness.

The slow price-creep in FL is evident here--stuff may well be double the price of pre-pandemic deals. My last visit, i watched a dude exchange footwear and saunter out the door... Prices will reflect theft every time.
