Lively clean community...loads of activities..I feel the homes are very expensive but all of America prices have gone up.There are only 4 available homes. Safe neat environment . Lovely area Shovel sunshine only here.

Nice 55+ community on the Peace River. New management company is making lots of positive improvements. Conveniently located and lots to do in the area.
