Had a good experience with Hertz on a Kia K4 but the car was not very clean on the outside when we picked it up

I rent from them very often, the cars lately are dirtier, smellier and of worse quality.
Mid size sedan used to mean fresh Altima or Jetta. Now it’s cars I have never even heard of.
This time it was Chevy trax with strong marijuana odor, not clean at all, and just an overall rough ride.
