I received great service when picking up and dropping off the rental car, especially because I was traveling with my 95-year-old mother. I was given a choice of four cars, and the one I chose was far nicer than I had expected for the low price I paid. I will use Hertz again when I fly onto Punta Gorda, FL.

The service itself was great - the people working there were wonderful. However, the vehicle was infested with ants!!! We had to drive an hour and a half from Punta Gorda so it didn't really make sense to drive all the way back, we just had to keep killing all the ants crawling out of the vents. It was disgusting!!!!
