Have been going to that location since they opened . They zip tie the splash guard when they re-install after oil change. It falls off.
I took them proper fasteners and Nate wanted 55 dollars to attach or wait later and he would do for free if I came back in an hour.
They jacked me around all day and then said come back tomorrow.
Never a customer again.

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Punta Gorda, FL on 8/15 to get my sons car oil changed. A couple of minutes in, the tech came in and said after looking up the cars info it still had plenty of miles left on it since the last change and didn't need another one for a while. That honesty needs to be recognized as the store could have easily just made a quick $$ but instead chose to be honest. Kudos to that Team!

Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

They tried to rob me today. Needed one tire. Tried to sell me two and charge me $1005.00. Three other prominent tire places all charged $299 for the ONE tire I needed. If I were older, or not familiar, I could have been ROBBED of $700!!! Beware this Jiffy Lube. DONT EVER GO THERE. The reply below from Jiffy Lube has errors. My car is NOT. 4-matic and the quote was for TWO TIRES. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THEIR REPLIES.
