I was able to book an appointment quickly, and they checked to see what issues I was dealing with. The follow-up photos and repairs were done efficiently and what didn’t need to be done was honestly described, so grateful!?

I was very impressed with JSN. The facility was very clean. Everything was explained to me what needed to be done. I left my car to have new rear brakes put on and one of the employees drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready. I would certainly take my care back again when needed. I just took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. They had it done in no time. They are very polite and explain everything that needs to be done. I will go back for my next oil change.

What a joy it is to find a reputable auto repair business with friendly and knowledgeable people. Communication was excellent and Xavier was such a delight to work with. This guy truly loves his job.

I went in for an oil change. Such a great bunch of guys there, very friendly! They looked over everything on my car , sent me a link on hat they looked over and what needed replacement in time. I’ll definitely be back for my oil changes!

Honestly don’t recommend. I’ve tried repeatedly to give them a chance but it’s an issue every time. They don’t address the concerns. They don’t even do the work they claim. Don’t top off fluids even when they say they have. Can’t get a straight answer out of anywhere there. I’ll be patronizing a different local business in the future. Even if it costs be a little more it will be worth it to save the headache that comes with JSN

Not good business to charge almost 200 dollars just to drive the car to see what's wrong with it. Can't believe people are getting taken advantage of this way, I needed help, came down on vacation and had a problem with my brakes. Needless to say, I didn't do business with these guys. Only thing good I can say is they are friendly when they are trying to take you for a ride... literally.

Just needed an oil change and got a good rate. They go through your whole car and give you a breakdown of all your cars issues. They give you the option of declining each one. It’s all done on your phone. Very friendly and professional. Will use again. 👍🏼

Service was okay but they report much shorter maintenance schedules to try to get more income. Prices were outrageous, even higher than the dealer. We declined further service and took it elsewhere.
