This place is absolutely Adorable inside. After Hurricane Milton it had to be completely remodeled inside.
Lisa Blanchard is my neighbor, and she blessed us by letting us shower when we did not have a shower yet due to storm. What a Kind, Genuine, and hardworking human being she is! She is Our Guardian Angel.
You just don’t find Honest, Kind, and genuinely good people today.

My parents were all set to come down for three months for season here in Punta Gorda , Florida when we found out the place they were going to rent was wiped out by Hurricanes Helene and Milton!!! We were in a panic to find them other accommodations but so many places were destroyed by the hurricanes, it seemed hopeless. A friend suggested I call Lisa Blanchard at Landmark realty so I did! Not only did Lisa drop everything to help us, she found three properties that she took me around to show me that were all available and reasonably priced. My parents arrived in January and they could not be happier, the place they are staying at is perfect for them and as a bonus, I get to spend three months with them and get them out of the cold!! I can’t thank Lisa enough for helping us out, not only was she professional but she was very sympathetic to our problem. Thank you again Lisa and Landmark realty!!!

I had a very negative experience dealing with Landmark Realty and Lisa Blanchard. Overall, there was a lack of professionalism and extremely poor communication. My family and I recently rented a home for a 3 month lease. I have had several emails and calls completely ignored. Currently and nearly 2 months after leaving, I am still awaiting the return of our security deposit. I was initially assured it would be returned via certified mail. After 2 unanswered emails and a month later I was told they put the chq via regular mail. Still not received. In addition, their level of communication was excellent- that is up until the point they received full payment for the rental. At that point emails were completely ignored as well as calls and text messages directly to Lisa. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality rental be very cautious of dealing with this business for the above noted reasons.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lisa Blanchard and Landmark Realty. Several issues stood out during my interactions with her as property manager.
1. Unfair Practices Regarding Walkthroughs:
I was barred from attending the walkthrough for my security deposit inspection. Per Lisa, she never allows tenants to be present during inspection. This exclusion felt inappropriate and made me question the fairness and transparency of the process.
2. Questionable Deposit Deductions:
She deducted thirty-five dollars from my deposit for “light cleaning,” without specifying what this referred to or providing evidence of the cleaning required. Though nominal, this fee felt arbitrary and unjustified.
3. Unprofessional Communication:
When the property owners and I mutually agreed to terminate the lease one month early to accommodate my family’s needs, Lisa Blanchard and her assistant responded with coarse and threatening language, seemingly out of frustration with the agreement. Her tone and behavior were highly unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to the situation for all parties.
Additionally, several other reviewers seem to share similar concerns about her business practices and professionalism. Notably, Lisa Blanchard often responds to these reviews by accusing people of misstating facts or outright lying, rather than addressing the concerns constructively. Prospective clients should carefully consider the sum of these shared experiences when deciding to work with her or her company.
Overall, my expectations of dealing with someone professionally and transparently were not met. This experience fell far below those standards. If you’re considering working with Lisa Blanchard or Landmark Realty, I recommend proceeding with caution and keeping detailed records of all interactions.

Don’t waste your money and time!
This agency isn’t being honest with costumers. We applied on 2nd of July and sent all the proof of income, paid 150$ for 2 adults, they said it’s gonna take a week to get an answer. After a week we called to get an answer, they said that they didn’t receive documentation. ( why wont you call back and let us know? Why would you wait a week?) okey, we sent it one more time (Lady at the office said that its the last step and it wont take long). For a week we were calling to get any information and thats what we heard:”My broker still working on it, we don’t know when tenants are going to move out, etc” ( why would you accept the application if the house isn’t available yet?). On Monday we called again, someone picked up the phone and said: “ she’s not in the office right now let me take your name and phone number and I will call you back”. And guess what ? No-one did ! The next day I called again, and lady, I was applying with said that broker was in the office yesterday and if someone picked up the phone that was her.. 😂 finally I got her personal phone number (Lisa Blanchard) she told that because one of us had a low credit score it’s going to be a deny. And I’m fine with that, but why would you waste all this time? If you had the answer already a week ago. in conclusion, I want to say that we just wasted money and time. Awful service 🤮

Total nightmare to deal with completely dishonest and will cheat you at every opportunity. We had 2 plumbing issues (emergencies) no hot water in February for a week when the guys showed up to change the water heater they weren’t even licensed plumbers just handymen. Then the septic system backed up on a Saturday morning they told us they would get someone out right away. They showed up on Monday to pump it out when I asked what took so long the guy said the got the call on Monday. Probably because they did not want to pay extra for weekend service. Then when we did move out with notice and cleaned everything and one of the agents said we would get our deposit back once Lisa got back into the office. A few days and unreturned calls later Lisa gets on the phone and denies that anyone from her office ever said we would get our deposit back. Avoid at all cost!!!
