“Five Star experience, but PLEASE READ. I came at 1pm on a Tuesday. The store was incredibly busy. Customers were coming in every 30 - 90 seconds. At times the line went out the door. BUT the store was fully staffed, and every employee was working as hard as possible, polite and professional - even when people had lengthy or complicated issues.I personally was served by Julie, who helped me notarize and mail several forms. This took several minutes, and caused their small line to grow out the door. But she handled this disruption with a smile on her face and a cheerful attitude.So if you're going to this store, realize you might have to wait in line for a few minutes (I waited for about 5 minutes before getting to Julie). And the staff might be in a hurry and not want to chit-chat. But they're doing their best to deal with an incredibly busy store.This is incredibly impressive because some people come in, take a lot of time, and don't spend any money. Someone came in the same time I did, wanting to know how expensive it'd be to mail an odd-shaped package. It took the staff several minutes to measure and weigh this package, only for him to decide it was too expensive and leave. There's nothing wrong with this, a customer has this right, but it puts even more pressure on the staff because they spent a lot of time only to not get a sale.Anyway, I strongly recommend this store and applaud the staff. But if you're considering going here, just understand that it's extremely popular and you may have to wait.”
