“Andrew was exceptional today. He was knowledgeable about the product and availability of what i needed. He was very nice and patient. He listened to me explain why I needed the adjustable frame same day. After telling him about my Mom breaking her neck in March and the hospital back then not doing a neck scan and her then walking around for months with a dislocated neck 😢 and her spinal cord being in jeapordy.....and her getting out of hospital today and me realizing she would really need an adjustable bed at home....then I apologized for going on about all that and realized he did not need to hear it all. 🤣 But his response was both of compassion and making me feel it was OK. Thank you Mike's mattress for having such a wonderful salesman who truly made my rough time a bit better. 😃”

“Sold us a great bed. Scheduling is difficult. Delivery separate contractor who delivers at his schedule amongst his other jobs. We waited the 10 days for delivery it was going to be another 8 days for delivery and setup. Not an option, we picked up and assembled ourselves, not easy to assemble if you do not do on regular basis. YouTube was of little assistance. Plan ahead, if you want a decent price and a great bed.”

“Have a Mlily king power bed we bought from Discount Mattress and really love it. At our age (seventies) I get very sore on a flat bed and the Mlily power adjustment let's me set the bed for my comfort. Recommend Discount for convenience (small store, not a huge warehouse) and price.”

“The first time I went into the sleep number store in Port Charlotte I asked Michael to explain the beds to me and then just let me make a decision without high-pressure sales. He did exactly what I asked. I was back in there three times before I decided to make the purchase but he never bothered me and respected my request. I would highly recommend Michael as your sales person at sleep number. He is very knowledgeable and respectful.”
