So thankful for this store and its employees! I had an extremely difficult time with the customer service hotline! When I came in Jason and chance made it so easy for me, it only took him 5 minutes to get everything I needed done, DONE! And it just completely made my day so much better!

Picked up the Galaxy A15 5G for my wife. Easy process. Does suck that Metro does not provide any discounts for customers who have been with Metro for 20 years.

The staff members are great at fixing phones to my liking, they really are knowledgeable.
I went in to have a battery replacement but found out I had to buy a new phone.
The gentleman who helped me was nice, very quiet.
Later when the bill came, I noticed that there was also a tablet added to my account on the same day as the new phone.
I have yet to discuss this with the gentleman who helped me.
Happy with my phone but not happy with the add on that I didn't agree to.
Have canceled the tablet but it was a royal pain.
