The customer service at Pedelec SQB is superior to most other retail establishments. I was looking for a replacement side stand for my e-bike. It is not a brand sold here. Purchased a quality hitch rack for my two ebikes from Pedelec Electric Bicycles. I had considered ordering online and assemble it myself, but for the same price, it was assembled, installed to my car, and I was given a quick lesson on using the rack.
