Hello. I’m a trucker and I had a wonderful experience here. The showers were clean, the store was clean, and the staff were top tier. I was able to chat with Corinna and Lynne as they cleaned and stocked the beverage snd food area. They are wonderful at multitasking and so attentive. All the stars for my visit!!!!

I asked for a blank com data check needed it badly they dint want to give it to me saying it's against company policy, drove to loves❤️ and got it.
Also, I bought cigarettes once at the same location not paying attention they were different style of Marlboro's went back immediately to the counter they also refused stating company policy can't exchange cigarettes once purchased.

This used to be my favorite gas station people that are always friendly and courteous. But the discrepancies with the pricing is frustrating. I bought a 5-pack of nicotine pouches supposed to be $5 off. And it did not take the discount only gave me one dollar off. Even the guy wasn't sure why it was doing that. But you shouldn't have to experience paying extra than the price it's advertised. I'm not going to go here anymore sorry I just can't recommend pilot anymore
