Jessica, the site manager, and her team are knowledgeable and excellent to work with. Units are well-maintained and easy to get to. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend using Public Storage at the Luther Road site!

I Don’t recommend this property, please see photo. They leave the A/C at 80 and regularly gets over 85. Staff have responded up to corporate standard. Goodluck I’m shopping around now and will update with info about the surrounding storage units and pricing.

I have had the necessity to need a storage unit for the past 2+ years. Over this time rates have increased although our fixed income has not. I discussed the financial hardship with Jessica and Brad at my Luther Rd. Punta Gorda FL Public Storage location. Both Jessica and Brad were very polite, respectful and caring. Due to our long term relationship they were able to work with me and waive our first late fee as well as lower our monthly rate a bit for 3 months to help us out. I truly appreciate their help in working with me and my elderly Mom. Thank you both for your compassionate kindness in doing what you could to help us and doing it in a very timely manner.
