I cannot remember the name of the young woman that helped us but she could not have been more pleasant, compassionate, professional and helpful. Samantha Ketter was a tremendous help with us in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. From emails to calls to sending pictures of what we wanted to make sure everything was discussed step by step.
