This place is absolute fraud. The big price sign is for their bullshit elite members. Their gas price are more expensive than other gas stations around the area such as Pilot or Wawa. Very misleading false advertising.

6:15am no warm food, no coffee. The small amount of coffee left in the pot was the likeness to tea and was left over. Lots of fake week and kava if that’s what you’re into?! Last stop here! Literally (3) other gas stations in view from the parking lot. Pick anyone… other than this one!

FRAUD alert cash price $2.79 when you pump is charging $2.94 and when I spoke to clerk he said I was not able to read correct I asked if I could move to another pump all read the same. Guess what I asked for my money back and went to Murphy USA. I will not support a business that cheats our people. Please read the other reviews this is an ongoing problem at this shell. I am a loyal shell customer and never have encountered this. Do the math some will say it’s only a few cents but please multiply it how many people pump it adds up.

False Advertising. Dont trust a Shell sign. Great big $2.95 a gallon sign,but they charge $3.05 for cash and $3.10 for credit with a tiny sign on the pump that you only get the 2.95 price if you sign up for their loyalty program. Bait and switch.

I went by the gas station today at 10:45pm, the gas pumps where already closed. The listing shows its a 24/7 shells. Because of this issue I was not able to use my fuel rewards before it expired. There is no shell gas station open 24 hours in that area.

False advertising and misleading prices. Sign said $3.19 for Platinum Status, $3.29 Regular and $3.89 Diesel. I stopped to get gas and pre-paid inside for fuel. Being a reward member I got $.03 cents off which I have never gotten less than $.05 cents a gallon. When I started pumping I realized I was being charged $3.61 a gallon even with my lousy .03 cents discount. I went inside and I was told the $3.29 price was for Platinum members which is false. When I informed the person that was not true because the sign said $3.19 for Platinum status then he said because I used my debit card there was a $.05 increase.. yet not justifying why I was paying $3.61 a gallon. 3 gas stations within walking distance all were charging $3.55 a gallon or less. These people know what they are doing is wrong. The owners need to be investigated and dealt with accordingly. I doubt Shell would want to build this kind of reputation. So many other negative reviews complaining of the exact same thing. They are scamming people with their misleading sign prices.

If I could give it a zero, I would. The sign said Reg- $3.29. The others in the area were $3.41, so I started pumping, and it then said it was $3.44! Apparently, I missed the tiny writing that said that the price was for cash! To me, that's like a bait and switch, and I think it a shame they have to trick you into coming to their station! Also, the restrooms were discussing! The whole place was a dump! NEVER AGAIN!
Avoid this station at all costs!

Deceptive pricing on the sign vs what you actually pay at the pump. No it's not the credit is more, the cash is higher than the sign. Currently the sign says 345. The cash price is 3.55 at the pump and 3.65 credit. The last time I will go there. Put in enough gas just to get where I need to go. Beware!!!
