We did a tour with Unise and she was amazing - so knowledgable and friendly! You can tell the horses are all very well taken care of and loved here. Highly recommend you take a tour and check it out.

This horse rescue is incredible!
Everything is so clean and well cared for!
The horses have plenty of room to roam around.
Each horse is cared for specifically with what each horse individually needs to be healthy and happy.
Eunice provides an excellent tour!

This is an organization who welcomes us volunteers as family. They are only concerned with helping the helpless animals in this world who have no one else. They have given up their lives to dedicate everything they have to help heal, restore and give a second chance to those who have been let down by others already. I have been there over 3 years and will never leave if they will have me! If you want to give some and get more back than you'll ever know, come give us a look!

This is a top notch horse rescue. Horses are extremely well cared for. Volunteers receive extensive training in feeding, handling, grooming, whatever else is needed to help the rescues thrive.The grounds are always being updated and the owners work non stop to make sure all the horses in their care live a wonderful life.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had touring SWFHR. The facility is so clean and the horses are pampered by loving caretakers. The pictures of what the horses looked like when they came, to what they look like now is astounding.

Went for a tour today and expressed an interest in adopting one of their rescue horses. I was very impressed with the pride of ownership and the cleanliness of the facility. Clearly they have taken rescue to the next level and run very efficiently. All those involved in the care and rehabilitation of these horses are amazing and they work so hard to assure successful adoptions. Kudos to the love and dedication they give to those that deserve a life without abuse and neglect.
