Prices for a kids hair cut is $22. Seriously $22 that’s ridiculous. When I walked in both hair dressers were on their phones. No smile, no warm welcome. Won’t be coming back.

Upon walking into the store at 11 am today, we were treated by 2 stylist sitting doing nothing and one said “Do you have an appointment?”No “Hello. How can we help you?” We heard them have the same thing to everyone who walked in the door. Everyone needs some training in customer service!The stylist who cut my husband’s hair didn’t speak to him at all. He tried to engage in small chit chat.I’d never suggest anyone to go here.

None. Had an appointment for 430. They said they were running behind and would not see me. After I drove there. No call to tell me. Wasted over an hour of my time. No apology. Very snooty to me when I just showed up for a scheduled appointment. Very poor customer service. Do not waste your time

Well, I just got the best haircut I've had in many, many years by Liz at Supercuts. I just moved to the area and don't know a sole. I didn't have a reference from anyone. I was out doing errands, and drove by Supercuts. I hadn't had a haircut since Covid, so I was in need. Desperately! I walked into the salon, greeted by a charming woman. She said she could do it in 1/2 hr. She listened to me! Imagine??? She was professional, confident and did a great job! She works 4 days in Punta Gorda and also in port charlotte (I think), but seriously folks, she's good.

Firstly the greeting of the customer was terrible. Secondly I’m a manager from a Michigan Salon which originally was included in the Regis portfolio brands. The stylist refused to wash my hair because I said I was slightly shedding. This is not wonderful customer service and I believe that I know what proper customer service is. 7 years I’ve spent with (Our) company, Borics was the first brand, then Smart Style as well as Cost Cutters and Fiesta. Never have I ever experienced such a lack of customer service, I strongly do Not recommend.

Stylist was very courteous and did an amazing job on my cut. Only reason for 4 star was the price. 30 for a mens haircut is quite expensive with no shave, wash or scalp massage included.

Went by for a clipper haircut at 2:45, and mind you Google said open until 5pm, was rudely told we're closed. If you can't do a clipper cut in 15 minutes your store is obviously losing money. This store has lost our business forever! Also the store has no sign saying what time they close on Saturdays really!

The quality of the service is usually good, However Nina has stood me up on several occasions and I found it very unprofessional. The last time I made an appointment she pushed me back a half an hour and when I showed up on time at the time she scheduled, I waited for 10 minutes and a I finally asked where Nina was and It wasn't until then that another stylist informed me she had left and that someone else could cut my hair after they did the two people in front of me. I drove 12 miles for this!!!!!! I will NEVER be back, my time and self respect deserve deserve better than that!!!
