Wonderful experience. Very helpful. Would recommend U-Haul invest in step stools for their trucks to help old ladies get in the vehicle. LOL

Very friendly and nice service guy! He worked with us to get the U-haul returned early and he actually treats you like a person! I do recommend visiting dont let the more run down looks of the place turn you off.
