I have always used this store for all my needs. But I will never step foot in that store again. The young man that was working at 4:30 on Friday, was the rudest person I have ever meet.

Went to this store on Friday . I anted to ask a question regarding my return to the kid in the counter and his answer was I don’t have time to talk to you about your return right now turn around and left me there. Worse customer service I ever had. I will never go back to this location .

I want to praise Shawn at UPS, Bal Harbor. He helped me considerably when I arrived with many big packages to return and needed them taped and carried in. And this location has been the one we always go to for any returns, etc. We have always had friendly and efficient assistance.

Warning they will charge you now for whatever reason So I've been returning $3.20 to print one piece of paper and tell you now they can't scan the code on your phone cause it's not a QR code but the last time they had no issues scanning the barcode and of course they won't tell you that until they have actually printed it and say oh you owe me otherwise I would have took my stuff elsewhere not very honest and truthful people frustaing. Word to the owner you must tell people that there will be a charge before you print.

Every time I have walked in here the employees are having a conversation amongst themselves and do not bother to greet me or ask if they can help. Today was the same. They continued to talk as I stood at the counter. The employee then asked if I needed a receipt. Not another word as I walked out the door. Very rude.

Thank you so much for your help, Blake!! I never ordered business cards before and I had no idea how they should look, the difference between matte and gloss cards etc. You walked me through the process and made it sooooo easy for me to decide. (We went with gloss on one side/matte on the other). My entire team was jealous when I showed them. You incorporated the company logo I sent you, walked me through different design options and added extra flair to give me a competitive edge. I will only be doing business with you from now on!!!! After the amount of time you spent with me on this I was worried about cost because I’m just starting out and didn’t want to spend too much on them but each time we decided to add something you were transparent and up front about any additional charges. I’ll be coming back soon to discuss the posters we talked about! I can’t thank you enough!!
