Brandon Doyle was an incredibly helpful associate. Through the process of trading in my cellphone to creating accounts and changing passwords he never gave up and was constantly helpful. I lost my i15 and went to our Verizon Retailer Cellular Sales in Punta Gorda to begin the process of obtaining a new phone with the same phone number.
The person who assisted us was Sean. He knew what needed to be done and spent a considerable amount of time to resolve my problem, so I could keep my number and transfer over all my data and photos. Seam is a very knowledgeable and a true professional!
