The employees at this location are exceptionally proficient and go above and beyond for their customers. Elijah was absolutely amazing helping me set up a new account, and while I was there, I witnessed Brandon assisting an elderly couple with a level of compassion & understanding rarely seen in today's world. They definitely have gained a lifetime customer!

Was not asked if I wanted my old samsung phone transfered to my new samsung phone, didn't realize they started it. As I already had the smart switch app on my phone, I obviously knew how to do it myself and assumed the $35 I was charged was activation fee, but turned out to be a fee to transfer my info. They never asked me, they just did it and charged me and after an hour waiting for transfer it was still a long way so it didn't even get finished, I had to finish myself anyway and pay for incomplete job. Also, salesperson, maybe not consciously, took off the screen protector that comes on the new phone when I wasn't around and didn't notice til I got home. I wanted to leave it on til I was able to get a case and right screen protector as I work around construction and needed like 3 or 4 days to order and get shipped. Almost gave 2 stars but the screen protector and the minimal color options available tipped scales back to the one. I try to leave only good reviews the few I do since so many people only write negative reviews. This is my only non 5 star review.

Tone was phenomenal, I came in dud to a billing issue that had me ready to bawl my eyes out, he calmed me down and fixed my billing issue and some. He really knows his stuff.

Tone fixed a problem that I've been dealing with for the past 9 months. I was about ready to get a flip phone. He was patient and was able to lower my bill almost $60 a month, while keeping my impatient husband entertained.Loved working with him, the staff are all so nice.

Hands down the best customer service by Jason Lemaster in Punta Gorda, FL! He spent hours (so kind and patient) with my husband and I in replacing our phones, troubleshooting and instruction! He went over and beyond our expectations! I hope your management appreciates you and your team as much as we do!

Tone is the one. I came in because I was having problems with my smart phone. I've had a flip phone since the beginning. He moved all my icons for me onto one page and took off the ones I didn't need. Something that would've took me a week took him just a few minutes. I recommend to anyone.

I want to several stores and the workers acted as if I was a burden. I stopped by and spoke with Tone and he took time out to help me set up autopay, review my billing and give me options on how to save more money, which is always a plus. I would recommend, Tone is the man.

My husband and I recently visited this store with his mom to upgrade her iPhone. Elijah, our salesperson, was great! He provided us with options for her and didn’t try to pressure us into purchasing any extras. He facilitated the transfer of info from her old phone to her new one. It was easy and painless. While we waited, George, another sales representative, was visited by a customer who had purchased a phone earlier at the store. The customer came back complaining that features she was used to from her old phone weren’t available in her new one. George spent the better part of an hour patiently explaining / teaching her how to use her new phone including going out to her car with her to ensure she could make and receive phone calls. I can only say that these two representatives went way above and beyond to help us and the other customer. Well done and thank you! They are great examples of customer centric support
