I went to go and get my medicine and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had the medicine that I needed if it wasn’t for them I probably would be in the hospital within the next 24 hours if it wasn’t for them going above and beyond of what they did for me today I appreciate all the hard work that you guys do The staff has treated me with the upmost respect for the last two years that I’ve been keep up the amazing work

The staff is very friendly here at Walgreens. They always do their best to provide you with any help necessary even though they can be short on help.
The Pharmacy team is amazing but definitely overwhelmed during season and people just need to understand that this is NOT a fast food restaurant!
They work hard to provide us with the best health care! I’ve seen customers so upset about the wait which isn’t long, but yet they go to a doctor’s office and wait longer for service with no complaints!!
I’ve had no problems with getting my medication here and they always communicate with me about any issues that arise so that I would be aware. Using their app and paying attention to their text messages is also a way they keep you informed but a lot of people don’t utilize these services well.
Keep up the great work guys and hopefully they can add more staff to help you!

This Walgreens location is awful. I was simply standing in line with a prescription, looking around, and an employee approached me with suspicion, as if I was about to steal something. Their tone was rude and unwelcoming. It was insulting and completely unprofessional. Walgreens needs to seriously retrain their staff on how to treat customers with basic respect.

Needed antibiotics for post surgical infection on Sunday of holiday weekend. Punta Gorda store didn't have the specific medication but Steve provided exemplary customer service in identifying a nearby pharmacy with sufficient stock and confirmed that my prescription could be filled in a timely manner. BIG SHOUT OUT to Steve in Punta Gorda! Thank you for providing such good care for your patients!

More often than not, medication is out of stock. Front of house pharmacy workers can come off as super rude, but probably just poorly treated…still, makes for an unpleasant experience all around.

We called in a late prescriptit's done on a monday night and it was ready within an hour and everyone was very helpful and took care of us exceptionally well.

Absolutely atrocious customer service in the pharmacy. Tried speaking with managers, regional managers I’m about done with the Customer Service and the nasty attitude that they think they’re allowed to talk to customers with. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Find another pharmacy. You’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation.

The staff here is ridiculously rude for some reason. I needed help finding an item in the pharmacy and asked a staff member. This woman wouldn’t even enter the isle with me, she just stood from far away pointing and saying “it’s literally right there in the blue box I can see it from here” while I clearly wasn’t seeing it in the literal sea of blue boxes on the shelf. She kept repeating herself in a rude tone which was only making me feel flustered and embarrassed that I wasn’t seeing it. I’m always polite and respectful to workers wherever I go anywhere, but I finally had to snap at this woman to just SHOW me where the item was because I was getting tired of her making it really obvious that she wanted me to feel stupid. Why act like that? I’ve worked in customer service for years and I understand that it can be frustrating when someone needs help with something you think is easy, but it costs nothing to just be kind. I go to Walgreens often and have never had any bad experiences, I don’t know what’s wrong with the people here
