Stopped in to do a little shopping, came across again an employee by the name of Diane. She is the front cashier and what a breath of fresh air. I've seen her before and certainly what she has to put up with ( northern customers) who are always in a super hurry. She is very professional, always wearing a smile and has a kind word. She is very uplifting and glad she was able to wait on me. Thank you Diane for who you are!

Terribly run. Pharmacy wait line is ridiculous. You’re on the phone for an hour and a half and then they tell you your prescription won’t be ready till the next day. You go back the next day and they tell you you have to wait two or three hours. The pharmacist, Steve, is rude over the phone and tries to find a way to delay your pick up. Prescription was supposed to be for 90 days. They gave me five pills and told me I have to come back and start the process all over again, as they don’t have enough quantity! Who is in charge of ordering supplies and prescriptions meds? This is absolutely absurd! Something has to change quick!!!We will be going back to CVS.

Rude pharmacist and view slow. I had 2 refills left in my bottle, but after calling ahead my order wasn’t ready and waited 45 minutes onlyTo be turned away and told to come back. It took 3 trips to get my prescription. Pharmacist laughed and said I should just get over the counter.

I spent 35 minutes through three phone calls to the store pharmacy. Realizing it's a busy place this time of year. But when. Talking to the store manager after 35 minutes. He tells me I need to know the name of the medication that I am getting from my neurologist. 73 years old, all my life, walk into a pharmacy. Give them my name, date of birth and they check to see what prescriptions they have received from my doctors, and give it to me. Just ludicrous to me and a bunch of idiots in the store from management down.

In pharmacy drive with only3 cars in front of me for 35 minutes and still waiting. Been at the window for 15 minutes If not improve service switching to CVS

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. THE WORST Walgreens pharmacy I’ve been to. Disorganized, many people walking around and only one at the window making a feeble attempt to help. 5 -10 minutes per customer, searching for prescriptions. Wasted 45 minutes waiting for a shingles shot - with no one else waiting for a shot - I left. Total lack of customer service.

Absolutely the best staff ever! So glad to have a great Walgreens we live next to. The managers and employees definitely do a lot for the customers.

a four-star because of Brennan in the pharmacy. I was on my last option of staying at Walgreens because I'm fed up with the lines and the people in the fast line when I pay for it and get an argument because they don't know about the app or what not so days and days and days later six days at the most my medication still processing so I go in person and the only reason why I get anything done is when Brennan is there, so if any of the managers see or read this which I hope you all do he needs a raise and he needs a promotion

Pharmacy needs to be expanded to make room for more employees. When snowbirds are here and sometimes off-season the lines are huge. I think they should close the drive-through. It really slows the process down. A big problem seems to be Dr's forgetting to send electronic scripts in a timely manner. That computer system runs slow!! Most of the workers are hard working and dedicated.UPDATE: 06-23.Now pharmacists know better than all my Dr's. I have very serious, chronic problems with my spinal cord. The day of my spine surgery, the pharmacist decided to challenge my Dr. So I WAS LEFT WITH NO PAIN MEDS THE DAY OF MY SURGERY. Walgreens probably has an internal quota on how many pain pills are being filled. THIS EVIL PHARMACIST DECIDED ON THAT THE DAY OF MY SURGERY THAT I WAS PRESCRIBED TOO MUCH. SHE DID IT OUT OF SPITE BECAUSE SHE DESPISED MY DOCTOR AFTER THEY ARGUED ON THE PHONE. IT'S NOT MY FAULT!For all the days I live, I will never forget how I was treated. This isn't the first time I've been harassed. They even harassed my 80 year old mother about her pain medication. She has intractable pain of neuropathy and very serious low back pain. My Mother suffered because of the pharmacists in question.

I love to shop here. Great selection of merchandise to select from. Good pharmacy department. The helpers need to be a little more friendly.
