Been a customer for 30 years. I went this morning to close out my accounts. Absolutely zero customerService. No one picks up the phone. No one cares. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went there for a personal loan, and I’m very disappointed of the standards of this place. They created system to pick and choose their customers and very unfair. Completely not honest, they made me waste my whole day about five hours. They made me signing to get an appointment when white people can go in With out appointment and being taking care of while I was waiting, at least for walkins got serve and I’m still waiting for my appointment. Totally racist. please avoid this place. it is going totally ruin your day.

There was an older gentleman, banker with a very nasty attitude. I am an adult only child of two elderly parents who have complex financial & health issues right now. I work full time, Mom just moved in with us & Dad is in the hospital (& resides at an ALF). I had difficulty with mobile deposit yesterday & when I called WF, I was told to go into the branch. I live in Hillsborough County and work in Charlotte County. Logistically face to face banking was going to be a challenge.I am grateful to the teller who helped me deposit the check into Dad's account. I am appalled at Mike Gardner who couldn't take 2 minutes to troubleshoot with me how to make a very easy, as it turns out, deposit happen. He was a broken record of negativity. He never said, the deposit is simple, turning in POA paperwork would more difficult. All he managed was "I'm busy. I can't help you. Make an appointment." So what that this was a solvable problem. And it took a teller 2 mins to solve it; because I refused to leave, but stood in line for the teller even after Mr. Gardner said, "No, they can't help you. You have to make an appointment," AGAIN.Turns out the teller could help. It was just Mr. Gardner who refused to even try. His customer service was abysmal. Fake polite, but bitter & nasty as he told me, "We close at 5pm." His voice got louder, his tone got snippy. He all but told me that the lady who arrived after me by 10 min, but had an appointment, deserved his attention while I did not.He was so inflexible. And when the teller was able to save the day, in 2 minutes, I decided to write this review.Shame on him. Mr. Mike Gardner failed today. I could have used a friendly helper. His colleague did so - & I thankher -when Mr Gardner couldn't have cared less.

Very difficult to speak to a live banker! When I finally did get through, they were not able to answer my question.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY THEIR OWN MANAGER STEVE. He belittled my husband, he was AGRESSIVE towards us, he spoke over my husband. He did all of this in front of the tellers and customers that were waiting. He told us "they were too busy" to help us and to go on the app to find out who else can help us. We said we didn't mind waiting, and he said that they closed in 2 hours and wouldn't help us.Then when he saw my husband was getting upset STEVE became more agressive and said do what ya want, I'm not worried. Was that a low key threat? Now my husband is even more upset. I'm embarrassed. Everyone is watching. He then grabs someone that came in AFTER us and had someone help her. So, our business isn't good enough

Wait time was long during one recent visit but this is NOT the norm. The staff is always responsive, professional, very supportive of requests. Everyone has a tough day now and then.

Inconsistent branch. Not open on Saturdays and customer service is spotty. Avoid if you need quick service. Disappointing…… most other branches are good. This one needs to get its act together.

I was recently hacked by a computer fraud. This bank quickly helped me, even staying past coding time, to sort out the changes that had to be made in my compromised accounts. No wait and understanding listening!

Company in general sucks I've probably spend 10,000 in overdraft fees that are ridiculous due to purchases where deposit went in same day but the company is money hungry.

I would like to mention by name the teller, Suzanne, and the banker, Michael. Absolutely unhelpful. I cancelled my transaction at this branch and went to another Wells Fargo location four miles away. There I received perfectly capable and friendly service. It's my understanding that Wells Fargo prides itself on customer service. Don't go to the Burnt Store Road location in Punta Gorda, Florida.
