My doctor's office couldn't get the pharmacist to pick up the phone, so they left my prescriptions on CVS's voicemail. I then called CVS to verify that the pharmacist had all they needed to fill my prescriptions before my doctor's office closed. Being in lots of pain, I desperately needed these medications as soon as I could get them. When I called, I was told to call back in 15 minutes and the pharmacist will have listened to the voicemail. I called back, only to be told the same thing. I said I wanted to hold for the pharmacist and was put on hold. Many minutes later they came back thinking I was a different line, so I got put back on hold again. This happened about 4 times over the next 40 minutes and my doctor's office was now closed. I finally pleaded for them not to put me back on hold and they still did. I called back hysterical crying and the woman finally told me she would have my prescriptions ready when I got there. Nobody should ever have this much trouble getting answers when you need them urgently. Not every call or customer is urgent, so I understand waiting. But my call was the urgent one!! I'm from out of town, so if I'm ever visiting the area again, I'll use any pharmacy but this one!!
