My experience was enlightening. I now know that you all need to train your so called management to know how to communicate and interact with customers. I'm speaking of your rude, ignorant, slightly arrogant, pompous male management. He has NO training with customer service. For example: I was there to purchase a few items then I noticed there were some items on sale. He insisted on putting the sale tag in my face repeatedly and when I called him on it he preceded to tell me he wasn't broke, not trying to buy sell items also went on to tell me to show him my bank acct cause he has money not trying to get sale items. Yes! I did raise my voice cause he repeatedly said I can't read and putting the sale tag in my face and first I asked him not to put it in my face then he continued to do it. I did get loud but he has no decorum, no management skills at all but I guess if you're desperate for a worker you'll have him but not many customers.
