4:15 Friday afternoon and only one teller actually taking care of customers. Unfortunately she was with a customer that didn't know anything about anything and had to be told three times line by line word by word how to fill out this form to do whatever she was doing. There were four employees standing around discussing something else until there were six people waiting in line so one teller eventually decided to start helping customers. This is not rare for this location, this is very common.

Every time you go there it’s always a line and you have to stand in line for about 20 to 30 minutes it’s horrible. Something needs to be done about it and the staff acts as if there’s not a problem with it. Your business will lose it’s customers

The Quincy Branch is a joke. Every time I go there I have an issue. Mangers do not stick to what they instruct you to do. I will go out of my way to not go to the Quincy Branch again.

Great customer service in all the locations I’ve dealt with. But PLEASE….update the two teller machines on the front of the Quincy Fl location! Please!!! ?

The best bank I ever dealt with. Super friendly and fast customer service. Highly recommended
